This is my everyday must have! IMO everyone is Vitamin D deficient...this is my favorite way to supplement MCT oil!
1000 IU's or 25 mcg per serving of Vitamin D3 made from lichen (plant based), and 45 mcg of Vitamin K2 which helps to integrate calcium into bone. Both Vitamin D3 and K2 are needed for calcium to be adequately absorbed. This easy to take liquid vitamin is in an MCT organic oil made from coconut oil and has no flavor, which makes it a great addition to drinks and smoothies.
